ISO 13053 - Introduction


Summary

This one-day training enables the participants to be familiar with the basic concepts of the implementation and management of Six Sigma as specified in ISO 13053:2011. The participant will learn the different components of a Six Sigma project including the DMAIC methodology.

  • General requirements: presentation of the clauses 4 to 14 of ISO 13053
  • Implementation phases of the ISO 13053 framework
  • Conducting an ISO 13053 audit
