General introduction:

This training program on How to Manage and Control Multiple Projects in Construction was created to address the issues in managing multiple projects in construction which is consider as a big responsibility and requires special skills and competencies by the person who manage more than three projects.  Understanding principles of directing, managing, and controlling projects by area managers and projects managers at very advanced level can be achieved through adopted unified mechanism or approved methodology that must comply with project management applications, regular effective coordinating, and communication with stakeholders & OBS team members of the projects, proper utilization of shared learned lessons with others and accessibility to the projects manual in in approved system
