The purpose of Construction management is to control a project’s time / delivery, cost and quality—sometimes referred to as a project management triangle or “triple constraints. CM is compatible with all project delivery systems, including design-bid-build, design-build, CM At-Risk and Public Private Partnerships. This training on Principles of Construction management is created for construction company specifically on its regular process that deals with Planning, Design and Construction stages of a project as integrated phases rather than separate functions where modern management techniques applications to the Project Phases must be applied by construction managers. One of main objective is that participants will be familiar in the Major elements of the construction process which should be applied and adopted by any construction manager to ensure the project completion on time. It is a matter of involvement of construction manager experiences during Design to achieve the client requirement in terms of time and cost. Mean time preparing a cost estimating during the Design can be applied. Designers and Planners could prepare the cost saving at very early stage.
